In order to start using the tracking option, we request permission to access and use your contact list. We do not store any data after tracking.
In order to provide certain features and functionality within the Check-Chat app, we may request permission to access and utilize your contact list via API or any other method . We do this solely to enable you to utilize the tracking option within our service. It's important to note that we do not store any data from your contact list after tracking, and we do not use this information for any other purpose. By granting permission for us to access your contact list, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described herein.
Accessing Contact Details
To enhance your experience, our app requests permission to access your phone's contact list. This allows you to select and add contacts directly. However, should you prefer not to grant this permission, you can also add contacts manually. When you select a contact, information about the chosen contact is saved on our servers; this is the only contact information we retain. We do not store any other details from your contact list. The stored information is used solely to improve app functionality and is not shared with any third parties. You retain full control over this permission and can withdraw it at any time by adjusting the settings within the app or through your phone’s privacy settings1
Data Gathering and Use
We do not gather any personally identifiable data and keep no logs.
However, we use third-party services (for analytic reasons in order to improve Service’s performance constantly) that may gather data that may identify you.

Permission to Access WhatsApp Account and Data Usage
We do not collect or use any of the user's data from their WhatsApp account for any purpose other than the proper functioning of the software. By using Check-Chat, you agree to grant the necessary permissions to access your WhatsApp account in order for the software to function properly. You understand and acknowledge that the software may have access to all of your data on the account, but it does not collect or use any of this data for any other purpose.

The App does not use or collect “cookies.” However, third-party code and libraries used by us may use “cookies” to gather data to improve their services. You are free to opt-out cookies in your device settings.

We appreciate your trust in giving permission to use your contacts. Thus, we do our best to use commercially acceptable means for protecting your data. However, you should be aware that no transmission method over the Internet is 100% reliable and secure. That is why we cannot guarantee the total security of the data provided.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is designed for users over the age of 13. We do not intend to gather personally identifiable data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and have found out that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will delete the data from our servers immediately.

Check-Chat Refund Policy
When you subscribe to check chat, your subscription will have autorenewal. At the beginning of every billing cycle, the cost of the subscription will be charged. In order to avoid future charges, you should cancel your subscription before its current billing cycle ends.
We ensure a money-back guarantee of your initial payment within 48 hours money-back guarantee on your initial payment, provided you do not have a free trial. You can request your subscription cost refund via info@check-chet.net
Please be aware that you are entitled to a refund only if you made the initial payment no longer than 48 hours before the request. If the subscription was canceled after its renewal, no refund is possible except applicable law provides otherwise.

Free Trial
If you are using a free trial, you can easily cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
Here are the steps to cancel your free trial on Google Play:
1. Open Google Play.
2. In the menu, tap “Subscriptions.”
3. Choose what subscription to cancel.
4. At the very bottom, tap “Cancel subscription.”
Here's what you should do to cancel a subscription from Apple:
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name in Settings.
3. In the menu, tap "Subscriptions."
4. Choose the subscription you want to manage and tap "Cancel Subscription."
The subscribers of the free trial are not entitled to a refund.
